Job description

We are looking for a motivated chef/sous-chef de cuisine with experience to take charge of our new fish market/fish charcuterie and wine bar in Jean-Talon Market. Someone to work hand in hand with the chef owner in the elaboration of our product line and wine bar menu.

  • Capable of assisting the chef  in managing the mise en place and service;

  • Capable of managing the kitchen while maintaining the highest standards during the absence of the chef;

  • Autonomy;

  • Maintaining his station in order;

  • Applying the highest standards of hygiene.


  • Minimum 3 years experience ;

  • Passion and curiosity ;

  • Capacity to lead a team ;

  • Precision  ;

  • Available full time.
