Le Smoking BBQ is a young Quebec company that operates in the field of catering and events. We are looking for a candidate who will grow with our company which is advancing in leaps and bounds after 6 years in the field we are the largest Food Truck fleet in Canada Our organization is made up of 12 Food trucks and more than 100 employees. We offer our customers an extraordinary festive experience, our mission is to offer them exceptional food service but also a grandiose setting to create an unforgettable atmosphere. We specialize in the coverage of corporate events, private events and festivals. Our volumes are approximately 500 corporate and private events per year and 30 festivals per year. We are always on the lookout for new challenges and we are open to new horizons available to the company.
The Smoking BBQ's production kitchen supplies more than 12 food trucks that are in operation year round, they run through festivals and large-volume corporate events. We are looking for an autonomous and dynamic person who is able to show leadership in the kitchen in collaboration with the chef.
Tasks:
-Perform the tasks assigned to you to deliver the goods within a given time frame.
-Taking daily food inventory
-Receipt of food order and verification
-Supervision of the work in the kitchen carried out by the cooks
-Training of cooks
-Preparation of catering type event
-Assimilate the recipes already established and improve as needed
-Anticipate the needs of the kitchen and mention it to the superior
