Le Marché du Plaza is a culinary concept store located in the ski resort of Crans-Montana. As well as being a restaurant we are a general store with a wide selection of local cheeses and meats, and organic vegetables to choose from. Our moto is simple creating by sharing. The kitchen, now this, is where the magic happens. We serve lunch and diner, but without menus! We specialize on daily offers, meaning that we will have a unique lunch and diner menu that change daily. The kitchen is also the space where homemade products are created. Soups, pasteries, jams, chuttney, fois gras are some of the products we explored with in the past.
The position to fill is that of our sous-chef, that is you will be joining forces with our executive chef in all of the daily tasks. Menus et brunch preparation, product development, catering etc.
