New establishment located in downtown Montreal, in the Humaniti complex, h3 is a restaurant where human relations and hospitality are emphasized in a relaxed atmosphere. It offers sophisticated local cuisine, where respect for producers through product traceability remains a key element. The kitchen is complemented by a daring wine cellar as well as a modernist mixology. The Cogir restaurant group (behind the restaurants Le Coureur des Bois and La Cabane du Coureur), is embarking on an adventure where art, wine, gastronomy and people come together. In collaboration with the Hotel Humaniti Montreal, signed Marriott's Autograph Collection. Passionate, the desired candidate works in harmony with the entire team and facilitates, through his management, his experience and his knowledge, the proper functioning of the restaurant.


At restaurant h3, the storekeeper plays a key role in relations with all the departments. He / she ensures the receipt and control of all orders, in addition to following up with suppliers. It manages invoices, delivery slips and credit notes via the various appropriate software. He / she also distributes the goods in the places provided for this purpose in a safe, sanitary and orderly manner.

  • Dispose of the goods in the appropriate places while respecting the rules of hygiene and safety
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of his work environment
  • Perform rigorous monitoring of food and beverage inventories
  • Place orders directly with suppliers
  • Process invoices, delivery notes and credit notes in dedicated systems
  • Receive daily orders from all departments
  • Establish quality standards that are in keeping with established norms

  • A good working knowledge of French and English, both oral and written
