Opportunity to join a rapidly growing company
Supports the Store Leader or Manager to meet daily store operational and sales objectives
Observes client interactions & front of house operations by positioning self in best role
Takes necessary action to ensure guests receive MANDY’S VIP experience; anticipates and exceeds the guests needs; handles situations and responds aligned with MANDY’S “say yes” mentality.
Assists new crew members in understanding the system and handling POS and/or other order-taking machines.
Monitors wait times for customers, ensuring that no customer has to wait for longer than the time stipulated by the company.
Prepares and runs the daily FOH team rallies
Deploys MANDY’S Ambassadors using the deployment tool by assigning roles and daily tasks for peak and non-peak times
Follows checklists and proven systems to set up, stock and close the entire restaurant
Submits daily reporting in ShiftNotes • Identifies areas that require merchandising and/or re-stocking
Oversees the opening, closing and balancing of POS and cash registers at the end of each shift and ensure that any issues are resolved immediately
Plans and manages daily team break schedule
High school diploma or equivalent;
Prior leadership/supervisor experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality setting preferred;
Possess a degree in a culinary or hospitality area (asset)
Previous supervisory experience – minimum 6 months
MAPAQ certification (asset)
First-Aid Certified (asset)
