Madison's Downtown is presently looking to hire a Chef/Sous-Chef to join our team.
Responsibilities can include::
-research and development, create new dishes
- Keeping up with food trends, techniques and plating
- Prepare menu items as ordered
- Ensure proper preparation of all food to be served
- Ordering and Inventory
- Cleaning & Sanitation
The ideal candidate is creative and motivated. He/she has a sense of urgency, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively. He/she is able to work well under pressure, has strong team skills and respect for structure.
Qualifications : Must have 3+ years experience in a high volume professional kitchen
