Reporting to the Front Office Manager and the Assistant Front Office Manager, the Front Desk Supervisor plans, organizes, directs, and oversees the activities, as well as the human, material, and financial resources of the front desk and concierge operations. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service. They coordinate reservation entries in the computer system and ensure proper room inventory management. They also follow up on guest complaints and are involved in training new employees.
