Breakfasts, business lunches, festive gatherings; we welcome an eclectic clientele, and our goal is to make their experience unforgettable. Located within the Courtyard Montreal Laval hotel, the main dining room is on the second floor, featuring a large terrace. Rosso Cielo is an innovative concept, as it offers the very first open-air terrace in Laval on the hotel's tenth floor.</p><p class="text-node">&nbsp;</p><p class="text-node">Rosso Cielo is seeking a Garde Manger</p><p class="text-node"><strong>Role:</strong> Supervise the garde-manger station by preparing cold appetizers, salads, as well as some hot dishes.</p>

Requirements

<ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong> Execute a neat and high-quality presentation of appetizers and light dishes, manage stocks of fresh products, and ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.</p></li><li><p class="text-node"><strong>Requirements:</strong> Experience in professional Italian cuisine, excellent knife skills, and the ability to maintain consistent quality in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
