We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.<br><br>We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Guest Services Attendant to play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued guests. We are committed to creating a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere for all, and we need passionate individuals to help us achieve this goal.<br><br>Schedule: Full-time - Available afternoon, evenings, nights, weekends. Must be available for 3-4 weeks of daytime training.</p><p class="text-node">What we have to offer:</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Competitive compensation (Hourly wage $21/hour)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Discounts on food</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Opportunities for career advancement</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Parking on site</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Company-wide employee events</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Playground Cares volunteer opportunities</p></li></ul><p class="text-node">Responsibilities:</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Greet and assist guests in a warm, courteous and professional manner</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Inform guests about Playground policies and answer their questions</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Answer emails, phone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Sign-up new customers and create new players cards</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Assist guests with merchandise purchases</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Restock department supplies inventory on a regular basis</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Responsible for balancing the cash register</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Monitor lost and found items</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Responsible for remaining knowledgeable of the Daily Tournaments/ Cash Games (Stakes and buy-in amounts)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Responsible for remaining knowledgeable of all current and upcoming promotions on the gaming floor</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Responsible for enrolling players on Poker wait list</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Knowledge of our Rewards programs to assist players in claiming</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Work with a variety of different departments to assure the best possible service</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Maintain Daily Reports to facilitate proper communication between the Player Services Team as well as Administration and other Departments</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
