<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">Established in 1971, this outstanding sports complex offers its members 20 tennis courts and a sports center of over 10,000 square feet, located just minutes from downtown Montreal and the South Shore. You will find a team of passionate professionals entirely dedicated to its members.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to supervise the training room and join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and prior experience managing a training room.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Oversee the daily operations of the gym</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Ensure a safe and welcoming work environment for members</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Coach and motivate members to achieve their fitness goals</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Maintain and supervise the upkeep of equipment</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Provide excellent customer service and respond to member needs</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Possibility of offering private training sessions</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<ul class="list-disc pl-8">
<li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Previous experience managing a training room or in a similar role</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Up-to-date trainer certification or a kinesiology student</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">In-depth knowledge of fitness equipment and programs</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Ability to lead group classes</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Excellent communication and customer service skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Ability to motivate and inspire members and staff</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">CPR and first aid certification (an asset)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Availability to work one weekday and weekends</span></li>
</ul>
