<p class="text-node">As the Head Chef at Horizon Hotel in Sutton, you will lead the team and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant to provide guests with a top-notch experience while adhering to the hotel's standards. You can enjoy the ski slopes of Mont Sutton in winter or explore the hiking trails and forests in summer – here, we work hard, but we also enjoy the beautiful surroundings. </p><p class="text-node"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant kitchen.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Design the menu and develop dishes while ensuring the quality of the cuisine.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Manage group bookings: greeting, reception, and catering services.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Foster customer loyalty throughout the establishment.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Participate in the daily operations of the restaurant (dining room and/or kitchen).</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards (MAPAQ certification required).</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Manage the supply of food and beverages.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Oversee inventory, orders, and requests for proposals with new suppliers.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Monitor inventory, margins, and the pre-established budget.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure the tracking of invoices.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Participate in budget planning.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure optimal use of facilities and maximize their profitability.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Guarantee the continuity of the defined concept and adherence to Huttopia standards.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Participate in the promotion of the establishment.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"><strong>Employment conditions :</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Employment Status: Permanent</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Working Hours: Full-time, day and evening shifts, weekends required</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Start Date: ASAP</p></li><li><p class="text-node">On-site accommodation available free of charge</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Annual Salary: based on experience + tips</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
