As the first point of contact, you will orchestrate the flow of the floor, cultivate lasting relationships with our members, and ensure that every visit is seamless and memorable.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p class="text-node"><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Supervise, motivate, and train the service staff; manage employee scheduling and workloads.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span><strong>Service &amp; Bar Operations:</strong> Oversee the seamless execution of daily dining and bar service to ensure maximum member satisfaction.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span><strong>Banquet Coordination:</strong> Lead and assist with the setup, execution, and dismantling of banquet spaces according to client requirements.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span><strong>Communication:</strong> Maintain flawless and efficient communication within the service team and across other departments.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span><strong>Member Recognition:</strong> Anticipate needs by remembering member favorites, dietary restrictions, and specific seating preferences.</span></p></li></ul><p class="text-node"><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p class="text-node"><span><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></span></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span><strong>Experience:</strong> Seasoned experience in fine dining and banquet organization. Private club experience is a definitive asset.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span><strong>Knowledge:</strong> Strong understanding of wine service.
