<p class="text-node"><strong>Sacrée Soirée Group</strong> is offering a <strong>temporary one-month assignment</strong> at a law firm located in downtown Montreal.</p><p class="text-node">🟢 <strong>Assignment Dates:</strong> July 12 to August 14, 2026 (inclusive) – 1 month</p><p class="text-node">🟢 <strong>Work Schedule:</strong> Full-time, daytime hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), Monday to Friday</p><p class="text-node">🟢 <strong>Location:</strong> Near Place Ville-Marie, downtown Montreal, QC</p><p class="text-node">🟢 <strong>Reason for the Assignment:</strong> Vacation leave replacement</p><p class="text-node">🟢 <strong>Compensation:</strong> Hourly wage starting at $26/hour. The final hourly rate will be determined at the time of hire based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate after 40 hours worked per week. Payroll is processed bi-weekly via direct deposit.</p><p class="text-node"></p><h3 class="heading-node"><strong>🟢 Key Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">In collaboration with the Manager, Events & Client Experience, assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of all logistical aspects of client events, including conferences, cocktail receptions, webinars, product launches, and other corporate events.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Work closely with the Manager, lawyers, and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of events.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure all events align with the firm’s brand image and professional standards.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Inspect event spaces to ensure rooms are properly set up and ready before each event.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Coordinate all event-related services, including accommodations, transportation, venue logistics, audiovisual equipment, catering, and security.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Supervise the work of external vendors and support staff during events.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Maintain ongoing communication with the Head Hostess and other firm departments to ensure events run smoothly and professionally.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure staff comply with occupational health and safety regulations, as well as hygiene and sanitation standards.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Provide service support when required.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">In collaboration with the Manager, help ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after each event.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Oversee inventory management, the procurement of consumable supplies, and the selection of alcoholic beverages for events.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Manage relationships with suppliers and oversee service agreements.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Process invoices and monitor event budgets.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Handle complaints professionally and constructively, when necessary.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
