Your profile • University or college degree in hotel management, business administration, or a related field. • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hotel or hospitality and food service industry. • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams. • Excellent leadership, communication, and team engagement skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., PMS, POS) and strong proficiency in MS Office. • Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written. • Flexibility to work a variable schedule based on operational needs.
