This new chain in Old Montreal is rapidly expanding and will soon offer many advancement opportunities in both hospitality and restaurant service.</p><p class="text-node">Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager or Head Waiter, the Server/Waitress must:</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Welcome customers</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure the smooth operation of service and constant customer satisfaction</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Know the menu and ingredients of the dishes to properly advise the clientele</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Take orders for food and drinks</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Serve food and beverages</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Prepare cocktails when the bartender is unavailable</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Master the functions of the sales system</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Process payments</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Respond to customer needs</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Work closely with the assistant server</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Perform any other related tasks leading to customer satisfaction</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
