This position requires a high degree of flexibility and the ability to adapt to busy periods and unexpected situations. Work organization may vary depending on the tourism season and operational needs.</p><p class="text-node"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS</strong></p><p class="text-node">· Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in a high-volume operation;<br>· Previous experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a unionized environment;<br>· Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage Management, or equivalent experience;<br>· MAPAQ certification (an asset);<br>· Proficiency with computer systems and POS systems used in hotel operations, with a strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards;<br>· Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team in order to maintain a high level of performance focused on guest satisfaction;<br>· Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, structure, and organizational skills;<br>· Strong problem-solving skills;<br>· Strong sense of autonomy and initiative, with the ability to take action quickly;<br>· Excellent oral communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively and comfortably with an international clientele on a regular basis.</p><p class="text-node"><em>*Our organization is committed to employment equity and to recruiting a diverse workforce while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
