	I have seven years of culinary experience, five years working in restaurants across Montreal, above being the most relevant. I am skilled in a wide variety of techniques and culinary traditions, with a focus on French and Italian cuisine.  Due to my skills and previous work experiences, I can make the most positive impact to the rest of the kitchen in a morning or prep shift. I prefer to arrive early to ensure the best possible set up for the rest of the working day/meal services.  I am available for interviews or for job shadow on Sunday, or any day after 5.
