While working with local and international casual dining franchises, I lead large teams (275+ members), managed multi million dollars P&L in order to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue targets. In the course of my career, I turned around the business model scalability, sales growth and positive cash flow within 3 years through efficient strategic operation planning.
