Above all, the reason that I am in this industry is to make people happy.  I believe that true hospitality is an art form that must be practiced and honed.  It is an ideal that can be applied universally to any aspect of service or type of establishment if performed properly.

I moved to Montreal to continue my Wine schooling (WSET 3, then 4) and I am looking for a restaurant that shares these ideals and philosophy.  I am concurrently enrolling in an intensive French language program.  I am more than happy to start at the bottom with opportunities for advancement as my language skills improve.
