I came across the job posting and wanted to apply for the position. In the past year, I have graduated from St-Puis X Culinary Institute.  While in school, I have acquired the basics of how working in a kitchen.I am currently employed at Harricana Brasserie in Montreal Est as a line cook. Working has taught me to work in a fast pace environment as while as executing the proper menu items.

I believe this position will help further my career path.
