I believe with the many years spent in many positions in restaurants and private clubs, especially the last 5 years at Keg Steakhouse as a waiter and bartender, that my experience will be an asset to your organization. 

	At the Keg, I am a pillar of the training team when it comes to training new employees who have been hired over the last five years, ensuring that they meet the standards of the company. I am considered a leader in the team, because of my sense of initiative and how I can communicate this to my colleagues. 

	My experience on the floor has helped me develop an excellent sense of customer service. As a bartender, I have developed a great sense of inventory management. I think that all these qualities and skills could be of great help to your restaurant, in terms of what you are looking for from your Bartender or Server.
