Hi, I am a proficient manager with 10+ years of experience in an iconic restaurant located in downtown Montreal. I am currently looking for employment in the hospitality industry (restaurant or hotel) as a Manager. I love interacting with the public and motivating less experienced staff to perform as well as possible in food and drink service, and in customer care. Knowing the hospitality industry and being well organized, I am qualified for administration and some analytics, as I am capable of planning, designing and implementing new projects to meet new objectives. I have previously worked on sales projections, managing costs, creating specialty menus, launching promotions, devising marketing strategies and accomplishing any/all general administration and managerial tasks, including permit renewal and maintaining all licenses and permissions. I communicate effectively with both subordinates and superiors alike; I have good reading comprehension and good writing skills in both English and French.
