Job Requirements:
· Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline OR at least one year of experience in food preparation or service are required.
Job Description:
· Ability to supervise 3-4 staff;
· Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food to conform to the health and safety
standards;
· Ensure food service and quality control;
· Maintain records of stock, repairs and wastage;
· Establish work schedules for food services workers;
· Prepare budget and cost estimates; and
· Ensure appropriate cleaning and maintenance of food preparation areas and equipment.
