Job description
Location: Melia Steak & Bar, 6834 Boul. Saint-Laurent, Montréal, QC, H2S 3C7
Job Type: Full-time or part-time
Experience Required: 1 year or more in bartending
Salary: To be discussed + tips
Start Date: As soon as possible

Prepare and serve both classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair

Provide fast, courteous, and professional service to guests

Keep the bar area clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and Québec liquor regulations

Handle payments and operate the POS system (Lightspeed, TouchBistro, etc.)

Offer drink recommendations and suggest pairings with dishes

Collaborate with the dining room and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service

Contribute to the development of new cocktails and bar menu innovation
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Knowledge of mixology techniques and bar products

Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment

Bilingual (French and English)
