<p class="text-node">Sacrée Soirée Group offers temporary placements to meet personnel needs in various venues and establishments.</p><p class="text-node">We are currently looking for a <strong>Cook for a summer camp located in La Malbaie</strong>.</p><p class="text-node">Ideal location during this summer period! Close to nature, housed in a single room, within a welcoming family business 🌲☀️</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node">• <strong>Reason for placement</strong>: we are looking for a cook available as soon as possible to replace a person on leave.</p><p class="text-node">•<strong> Dates</strong>: as soon as possible - <strong>until August 14 inclusive</strong></p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node">• <strong>Work environment </strong>: friendly and family-oriented, teamwork</p><p class="text-node">• <strong>Tasks and responsibilities: &nbsp;</strong><em>under the supervision of the head chef</em></p><p class="text-node">- preparation/production: chopping, cooking, sauces, etc.</p><p class="text-node">- hot table service (plate/child) + management of a station for allergy/special meal services.</p><p class="text-node">- compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node">• <strong>Kitchen operation:</strong></p><p class="text-node">The establishment encourages sourcing its fruits and vegetables from local producers in the Charlevoix region, several of whom practice organic farming.</p><p class="text-node">- menus are already established (rotation every 2 weeks) + standardized recipes</p><p class="text-node">- there are 3 meals + 2 snacks / day</p><p class="text-node">- there is a Regular Menu or VG + preparations for allergies/intolerances (these are known in advance).&nbsp;</p><p class="text-node">- e.g. of meals served: shepherd's pie, lasagna...</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node">• 🕘 <strong>Work schedule</strong>: continuous, full-time (40h), 2 consecutive days off. The schedule is provided every 2 weeks.&nbsp;</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node">• <strong>Salary </strong>: hourly rate of $26 + benefits</p><p class="text-node">• 🛏️ <strong>HOUSING INCLUDED</strong>: single room (alone in the room) in a center building.
