Status: Full-time
Salary: Compensation will be based on the experience and skills of the selected candidate. You will also be eligible for a sales incentive plan.

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of clients and strategic accounts to generate incremental revenue for the hotel.

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within assigned market segments.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.

  • Create and implement a strategic business plan to increase market share and meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.

  • Represent the hotel at industry events and regional networking activities.

  • Collaborate closely with other departments to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Your Profile:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel sales with a strong track record of success.

  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively.

  • Excellent skills in sales, negotiation, presentation, and business writing.

  • Knowledge of hotel software systems (e.g., Lightspeed, CITY, Marsha) is an asset.

  • Previous experience in a Marriott or major hotel brand is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel as required by business needs.

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required to serve our international clients.
