We are seeking a Storeroom Manager with strong organizational skills and a passion for supply efficiency. Driven by the desire to optimize storage and stock management processes, you will anticipate the needs of various departments and demonstrate rigor in addressing logistical challenges. Professional and methodical, you will ensure smooth communication with all services, thereby contributing to the proper functioning of supplies. You will also be responsible for inventory management, organization of storage areas, and supervision of receiving processes, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Ensure compliance of goods upon reception, as well as the organization, control, and cleanliness of storage areas and the delivery dock on a daily basis.
- Act as team leader for your department to guarantee smooth operations and efficiency of supply management within the property.
- Manage the supply of various storage points under the Storeroom Manager’s responsibility: ordering, receiving, organizing, and distributing products while ensuring stock rotation.
- Verify all incoming goods against delivery notes, invoices, and specifications to ensure type, quantity, price, and quality are accurate, and maintain safe, hygienic, and organized storage of all items.
- Complete the daily process of invoice entry into the accounting system.
- Place orders for food, beverages, supplies, and any other products for all hotel departments and restaurants.
Ensure departments have the products they need, in line with brand guidelines. - Maintain continuous stock supply based on PAR levels and prevent shortages.
- Track requisitions for internal transfers.
- Produce, analyze, and explain performance indicators and variances on food and beverage costs and stock turnover rate.
- Participate in budgeting and cost control with the Director of
- Purchasing & Supply Chain, the Director of Food & Beverage, and the Executive Chef.
- Maintain secure storage areas with controlled issuance times, requisitions, and key management.
- Improve and enforce inventory, receiving, and storage protocols.
- Support the Executive Chef with price comparisons, technical sheets, product research, orders, and inventory documentation.
- Inform department heads of orders to be placed based on stock and projected activity needs.
- Ensure compliance regarding discrepancies between theoretical and actual stock.
- Update product lists upon price changes and technical sheets.
Conduct complete periodic inventories and required product counts in collaboration with department managers. - Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers designated by the Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain.
- Foster harmonious and professional relations with all departments and corporate office colleagues.

Requirements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You have training in hospitality or 2–3 years of significant experience in a similar role.
- You possess excellent knowledge of the region and its main tourist attractions.
- You have the energy, stamina, and availability required for this demanding role with flexible hours.
- You are bilingual in French and English, ensuring effective communication with an international clientele.
