Job description
The Mount Royal Club is seeking an experienced, honest and discreet server.
Competitive package offered including:
Salary+bonus+vacation
Group insurance, health and dental, after 6
months.
Contribution to a pension plan, 3%
employee, 6% employer of annual salary + bonus (after one year).
Uniform supplied and cleaned.
The Mount Royal Club believes in a fair distribution of tips. All tips, as well as bonuses are shared amongst all staff of the Club. Requirements
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a comparable position. Strong customer service skills as well as anticipating customer needs.
Professionalism
Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
Strong communications skills (English and French), teamwork
Availability and flexibility of working hours
Experience in a private club an asset but not necessary
The candidate must seek a long and stable working relationship
The Club is closed on weekends and holidays (with a few exceptions). Working shifts according to reservations, day or evenings. Candidates who are not available to work evenings will not be considered. Only candidates who are seeking a full-time position will be considered for interview.
