Reporting to the Reception Manager, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls at the establishment. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, visitors, and business partners. You will be an essential member of the team responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication within the company. Your professionalism, friendliness, and ability to efficiently handle phone calls will contribute to the positive image of the iconic Marriott Château Champlain.
