Your Responsibilities
- Greet guests with courtesy and professionalism
- Present the menu and advise guests on dishes and wine pairings
- Take orders and ensure smooth, refined table service
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Work closely with both the kitchen and dining room teams
- Maintain a clean workspace that meets hygiene standards

Requirements
Desired Profile
- Experience in the restaurant industry (an asset, but not required)
- Excellent presentation, strong sense of hospitality, impeccable courtesy
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage stress during busy periods
- Basic knowledge of wine and fine‑dining service (a plus)
- Proficiency in French; functional English appreciated
