Good day.

I have been in the industry for quite some time, and am constantly looking for the next creative project. I believe the restaurant industry is a never ending creative cycle and being part of it is a joy.

I have been working as a General Manager for the past year and have thoroughly enjoyed my employees, my colleagues and my bosses. It is simply time to move on to new and better horizons. 

I am interested in a managerial or bartending position. I would like to learn as much  as possible.
