Hi! My CV includes my long term commitments over the years. I was in school full time in 2018 so I took on more contractual work in the service industry. I'm currently working at Centre Phi in the Old Port and helped opening a restaurant with a capacity of 500 guests just before Grand-Prix. I was the Bar supervisor and my tasks included: training the staff on our products (crafts beers, spirits, cocktails), inventory, creation of daily cocktails with cost calculations, prep (wide range of homemade syrup and dehydrated fruits), etc. 

I am looking for an opportunity to put my business sense and my passion for service to good use!
