Working in different kitchen such has hotel, casino, restaurants, hospital, retirement homes.

Wednesdays are mostly 50/50 
Most of times i am free on wednesday but due to my current job which does not offer enough hours for my personal need sometimes once or twice a month i go in for wednesday prep but rarely
