I’m passionate about hospitality and making people feel looked after — acts of service are my love language. Over the years I’ve worked in and managed teams in busy restaurants, worked front of house at Michelin-starred St. JOHN in London, and even built and ran my own food business for three years. Those experiences taught me resilience, adaptability, and how to bring the best out of a team. Now based in Montréal, I’m ready to return to management, continue growing my French (currently A2–B1), and be part of creating memorable experiences for guests.
