Jess

Hello, 
  My name is Jess and I am a pastry chef originally from Toronto,Ont.  I currently live in Montreal. I have 6 years of experience working in  French and Italian pastry, and boulangerie as well as a degree in french pastry . I have worked mostly in bakeries and resturants as well as catering large events off site. I enjoy daily challenges as well as creative projects as they come available. I work well with others and I also like to work on my own.  I love learning about the people I work with and the different foods and evironments they've grown up in because sometimes I use that as inspiration for desserts. I have had a passion for pastry from a very young age so I always put 110% into everything I do.
