Hi, 

Hope you're doing well! My name is Linzi and I'm interested in being a waitress at Hidden Sushi. I speak English, French, and Mandarin Chinese fluently, and I'm also a beginner in Japanese. I am familiar with Japanese cuisine and Japanese culture, as I have spent some time living in Japan. I am a big sushi lover, and know the basics of different fish, but I'm always willing to learn more! 

At work, I'm someone who's calm and detail oriented. I'm good at responding to various situations and working under pressure. I am warm, friendly, and enjoy serving others. Please see my resume for my experiences.
