 As you can see from my CV, I have more than 30+years of experience as a successful Executive Chef and as a professional in the Hospitality Industry.

Over the years I have had professional experience in a range of hotel
in India, Sri Lanka, New Zealand and Germany . I have culinary training in variety of cuisines including Continental, North Indian, South Indian,Indo Chinese, Pantry and a knowledge of Bakery, Italian, Grill and Barbecue cuisine also.

I am confident I have the attributes that you are looking for and am
available for an immediate start. I would very much welcome the

I have passed Cookery test and I am holding HACCP certificate from IICA (International Institute of Culinary Association) New Delhi. I have basic knowledge of HACCP rules and Food costing also. 
I am an Ex Member of South Indian Culinary Association and World Association of Chef’s Societies. 
My speciality is North Indian and South Indian cuisine verities of breakfast recipes, vegetarian and non vegetarian Curries, Gravies, Masala, verities of Biriyani, Pulao, Thali meals, South Indian breads, Snacks, Chats and Sweets in very hygiene with less food cost control.
