Job description
We are looking for a motivated chef de partie with experience to take part of our team in our new fish market/fish charcuterie and wine bar in Jean-Talon Market.
Capable of assisting the chef in managing the mise en place and service;
Autonomy;
Maintaining his station in order;
Applying the highest standards of hygiene.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience ;
Passion and curiosity ;
Capacity to lead a team ;
Precision ;
Available full time.
