About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team and assist in preparing authentic Italian dishes. If you are passionate about food, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, we’d love to meet you!




Requirements


    • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development and execution.
    • Prepare and present high-quality, authentic Italian dishes with attention to detail.
    • Source and select premium ingredients, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
    • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
    • Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards, adhering to health regulations.
    • Manage kitchen inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships.
    • Innovate and create seasonal menus while respecting traditional Italian culinary techniques.
    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Italian Chef in a fine-dining setting.
    • Extensive knowledge of regional Italian cuisine, pasta-making, sauces, and plating techniques.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards.
    • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the Head Chef.
    • Cook and plate dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes.
    • Ensure kitchen stations are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
    • Follow food safety regulations and maintain a sanitary work environment.
    • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
