We are looking for an experienced cook, specialized in Korean and Japanese cuisine, to oversee the preparation of dishes and ensure the authenticity and quality of our menu.</p><p class="text-node">The position is suitable for someone with solid practical experience in Korean cuisine, as well as the ability to effectively manage operations in Japanese cuisine in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node">Job Conditions</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Employment Type: Full-time, permanent</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Salary: $35.00/hour</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Schedule: 30 to 32 hours per week</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node">Main Responsibilities</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Prepare and cook authentic Korean dishes such as bulgogi, bibimbap, Korean fried chicken, spicy pork, as well as various traditional side dishes (banchan), including kimchi</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Prepare hot Japanese dishes such as yakisoba, tempura, gyozas, and miso soup</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Develop and standardize Korean recipes, including sauces, marinades, and seasonings</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards in the kitchen</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Manage inventory and participate in ordering products and ingredients</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
