Job description
As a Restaurant Cook in our casual dining environment, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking quality dishes while maintaining kitchen safety and sanitation standards. This position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within our kitchen team, including occasional involvement in menu development and assisting with inventory management.

- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen at all times
- Ensure quality control of all dishes before service
- Follow sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards
- Assist with inventory and supply ordering as needed
- Participate occasionally in menu development and recipe innovation
- Adapt to flexible scheduling and teamwork within the kitchen staff
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in food preparation and cooking
- Culinary certification or completion of training program preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Proficient knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
