Job description
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Executive Chef, with strong organizational skills and a talent for people management.

Variable schedule
Approx. 40 hours per week
Main responsibilities:
✅ Plan and coordinate kitchen operations
✅ Manage costs and minimize waste related to kitchen activities
✅ Develop strategies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
✅ Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new employees
✅ Place orders with suppliers based on accurate estimates of raw material needs
✅ Support, train, and motivate kitchen staff
✅ Ensure compliance with group standards
✅ Maintain hygiene and food safety regulations at all times

MAPAQ certification
Valid Canadian work permit
2 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef, ideally in hospitality (banquets/events) or catering services
Degree or training in culinary arts and/or hospitality (an asset)
