<p><b>Your role in the team</b></p>
<p>Reporting
to the manager on duty, the front desk agent acts as the first point of contact
with customers. He ensures a warm and professional welcome, while ensuring the
quality of the guest experience at every stage of the stay. This role involves
working closely with the other departments of the hotel. <a></a></p>

<p><b>Tasks </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Classify the business transactions carried out
during the day; </li>
<li>Verify and correct transaction records and
update hotel guest invoices; </li>
<li>Balance the accounts and close the cash
registers of the various points of sale and the reception; </li>
<li>Produce and transmit daily income reports and
other administrative reports;</li>
<li>Welcoming guests on arrival, checking booking
details and offering additional services; </li>
<li>
Obtain
payment guarantees;
</li>
<li>Provide information on the establishment,
tourist attractions and activities in the region; </li>
<li>Make complete reservations and respond to
requests for information and changes;</li>
<li>Receive mail or messages intended for
customers and ensure their distribution; </li>
<li>Ensure the safety of customers and their
property; </li>
<li>To process and follow up on customer comments
and complaints;</li>
<li>Check out customers and check their
satisfaction;</li>
<li>Use the communication tools provided and
required by the hotel.</li>
