RIMAP Hospitality Services is an innovative Montreal-based company in hotel management, founded in 2007. RIMAP quickly distinguished itself as Montreal's largest hotel operator, currently managing five internationally recognized brand hotels under the Marriott, Hilton, and IHG banners. Additionally, RIMAP is now expanding its hotel portfolio in downtown Ottawa's market.
The hotels managed by RIMAP dominate Montreal's downtown skyline with the Hôtel HONEYROSE Montréal, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Hilton Garden Inn, Courtyard Marriott, Holiday Inn & Suites, and AC Marriott Montréal.
JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Manager's primary role involves physical and telephone prospecting, market and client analysis, preparation of proposals and contracts, completion of reports, and achievement of sales and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Target, solicit, and contract new accounts in designated market segments, such as corporate and groups.
- Conduct solicitation calls and site inspection visits to establish and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Propose specific marketing actions to support market segments and develop existing accounts to meet sales objectives.
- Analyze supply and demand, as well as competition, to propose sales strategies for various markets.
- Enter, maintain, and update information in computer systems, ensuring proper file follow-up.
- Participate in trade shows, external client activities, and prospecting trips as needed.
- Prepare and write weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of hotel information, including conversations, personal details, and guest files.
- Comply with Courtyard Marriott and RIMAP Hospitality standards.
- Participate in the "Manager on Duty" program.
All other related tasks.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in hospitality.
· Collegiate diploma in hotel management, administration, or a related field.
· Proficiency in computer skills and the MS Office suite.
· Mastery of DELPHI software (an asset).
· Maintain a professional appearance and conduct oneself in a mature and integrous manner at all times, including external representations.
· Possess excellent presentation, clear diction, and strong interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of a corporate and diverse clientele.
· Strong negotiation and prospecting abilities.
· Perfect communication skills in English and French, both spoken and written.
French is the primary welcome language for our clients. Knowledge of another language is an asset.
