Restaurant Fish Eye emerges as a distinctive signature within Montreal’s culinary landscape, where the elegance of French haute cuisine meets the subtlety and precision of traditional Japanese izakaya.
Conceived as an immersive and refined experience, Fish Eye — the sister restaurant of Sushi Hidden Fish in downtown Montreal — is set to open its doors in late spring 2026.
We are seeking passionate professionals, driven by excellence and an acute attention to detail, to help bring this vision to life.

Head Bartender: As the architect of the bar experience, you will oversee the beverage programs across both establishments and craft a signature cocktail menu that reflects our identity.
Requirements
-Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in Japanese or French fine dining
Fluency in both French and English
-Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment
-Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to precision and consistency
-A genuine sense of hospitality and dedication to creating memorable guest experiences
-Positive attitude, adaptability, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced opening context
-Passion for excellence in both product and service
