Requirements

- Prepare and present high-quality, authentic Italian dishes with attention to detail.
- Source and select premium ingredients, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards, adhering to health regulations.
- Manage kitchen inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships.
- Innovate and create seasonal menus while respecting traditional Italian culinary techniques.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Italian Chef in a fine-dining setting.
- Extensive knowledge of regional Italian cuisine, pasta-making, sauces, and plating techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
