We are seeking a passionate Maître d’hôtel  to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in welcoming and serving guests, ensuring an exceptional experience for each one from the moment they arrive. You will coordinate and supervise the dining room team, guaranteeing smooth and professional service throughout the meal. Your ability to anticipate guests’ needs and quickly resolve issues will maintain high standards. Your talent for recognizing our regular customers, remembering their preferences, and building relationships with hotel guests will create a warm atmosphere and contribute to the success of our establishment. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Ensure a warm welcome and impeccable service, anticipating and exceeding guests’ expectations, even during peak periods. 
  • Integrate, train, and motivate an exceptional team. 
  • Create an inclusive and positive environment. 
  • Plan schedules and coordinate tasks for the dining room team. 
  • Lead pre-service meetings to prepare for the day’s service. 
  • Organize dining rooms and coordinate events. 
  • Handle special requests and manage unforeseen situations with professionalism. 
  • Ensure effective communication between departments and team members. 
  • Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. 
  • Manage administrative tasks related to personnel and operations. 
  • Always maintain a professional appearance and interact with our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. 
  • Be knowledgeable about the hotel’s offerings and schedules to provide comprehensive information to guests.
