Experience Level: 2+ years in restaurant management
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar

Ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food quality

Manage and train front-of-house staff (servers, bartenders, hosts)

Schedule employees and ensure proper staffing

Handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact

Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service

Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering

Monitor costs and assist with budgeting and performance goals

Uphold health & safety and Québec liquor license regulations
Requirements
-
2+ years experience in a management role in the hospitality industry

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Bilingual: French and English (required)

Knowledge of restaurant POS systems (e.g., Lightspeed, TouchBistro)

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
