SonoLux is opening two Food & Beverage units that unfold across two distinct spaces, each designed to captivate:

 

LUMI (36 seats) – A restaurant where dining meets sensory exploration. Expect curated art projections, evolving soundscapes, and bold culinary creations that surprise at every turn. This is not just a meal—it’s a multi-sensory performance.

SUBTERRA (52 seats) – A hidden, underground speakeasy where the city’s   tastemakers, creatives, and night-seekers gather. With rare spirits, boundary-pushing cocktails, and an audiophile atmosphere, Subterra is the secret everyone wants to be part of.

 

Every dish, every drink, every note of music has a story. Now it’s your turn to write the next chapter.

 

YOUR ROLE

As Sous-Chef, you will be with the Chef the driving force behind the SonoLux experience, ensuring every guest leaves not just satisfied, but mesmerized.

§  Lead & Inspire – Build, mentor, and energize a team that shares your passion for excellence and creativity.

§  Create Magic – Elevate food quality experience through flawless food, service, and attention to detail.

§  Collaborate & Innovate – Work with chefs, mixologists, artists, musicians, and management to constantly evolve the experience.

Work Schedule: 40 hours

Starting salary: $26.00/hour
