Job description
We are looking for a motivated sous-chef de cuisine with experience to take charge of our new fish market/fish charcuterie and wine bar in Jean-Talon Market. Someone to work hand in hand with the chef owner in the elaboration of our product line and wine bar menu.
Capable of assisting the chef in managing the mise en place and service;
Capable of managing the kitchen while maintaining the highest standards during the absence of the chef;
Autonomy;
Maintaining his station in order;
Applying the highest standards of hygiene.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience ;
Passion and curiosity ;
Capacity to lead a team ;
Precision ;
Available full time.
